FloEngine ("FloEngine," "we," "us," or "our") provides a CRM and booking platform for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you use our website and application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and payment details processed through our payment provider.
Customer and lead data. We collect and store the contact and conversation data you and your team add to FloEngine, including leads, contacts, deals, notes, appointments, and messages.
Facebook and Instagram lead data. If you connect a Facebook Page, we receive the information a lead submits through your Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads forms (such as name, email, and phone number) via the Meta Lead Ads API, so it can be added to your CRM automatically. We only access this data with your authorization and use it solely to provide the Service to you.
Usage and device data. We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process signups, subscriptions, and payments; sync and organize your leads and contacts, including those received from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads; send account, billing, and support communications; monitor and improve the performance, security, and reliability of the Service; and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Service, such as hosting, payment processing, and customer support tools, under confidentiality obligations.
Meta Platforms. Where you connect a Facebook Page, data flows between FloEngine and Meta solely to deliver the Lead Ads integration you enabled, consistent with Meta's Platform Terms.
Legal and safety. If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FloEngine, our users, or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may limit some features of the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to limited exceptions required by law.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are a contact or lead whose information was added to FloEngine by one of our business customers, please direct data requests to that business, as they control the data collected through their use of the Service.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Users
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, through the Service or by email.
